Customer Service at its best

Only stayed there for one night but I wish it could have been longer. We arrived there on 31 Aug 20 in late afternoon. I should have noted the name of the young gentleman who greeted us because he was fantastic. Spoke enough English and was extremely nice in upgrading us to a seaview room at no additional cost. Should anyone want to stay here, my recommendation would be to pay the additional cost when booking to have an ocean view. It is absolutely worth it. You have a nice balcony where you can relax and sip a drink as you let life goes by indulging the great views of the beach; waterfront; and town. The room is small but adequate. Two-twin beds pushed together with firm mattresses. Small bathroom. Our only complaint is probably that there is not much hot water at peak times. Breakfast with plenty of choices served in the dining room with all the covid-19 precautions. Very small elevators for people with lots of luggage. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice to change the set coding on the TV so that we could watch some TV in English. I wish that they would have all been that accommodating at some other hotels in Spain. Free parking nearby up the hill. Highly recommended.

Small, friendly hotel beside beautiful beach.

Lovely small hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The view from the balcony of our sea view room (202) was amazing and well worth paying the higher rate. The room itself was decorated in a modern style, comfortable with an excellent bed (good for bad back sufferers) and a mini fridge for chilling water/chocolates etc. The bathroom was compact but had everything that was required and was very clean. Breakfast was also very good with freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide selection of hot and cold options to choose from. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Great little hotel.

Great a little hotel, right on the beach, and close to some lovely bars and restaraunts.Staff very cheerful, and a great breakfast.Very comfy bed, and if your lucky enough to get a balcony room, a great view. Noticed a disabled guest struggling up the stairs to reception,as no wheelchair access from street to foyer.

The rooms are different from the images advertising in the hotel webpage, there is no place to the car, the rooms are to small and without view to the sea! ;( The rooms were nor properly clean. There was a lot of noise during the night, even in a place really pacific, the neighbours of the other rooms made a lot of noise and me and my family could not sleep all night. I was really disappointed.

There is a free public parking 200 meters from the hotel and a closed garage for payment at 50 meters. We are a hotel that is characterized by its tranquility both in the environment and within the establishment, we apologize if you had to suffer unwanted noise from other guests, if you had told us at the time we would try to remedy it. About the room, I have to say that you have booked the cheapest option, there are better and bigger rooms and also with sea view ones, but you have preferred the cheapest one. Each type of room has its photographs on Expedia, and the room authentically responds to the published photographs of each type of room, it is not fair to choose the cheapest one and complain that it does not correspond to the images or its not cleaning when it does not correspond with reality, cleaning is precisely one of our biggest concerns and is reviewed personally. We appreciate your opinion and receive a warm greeting.

Para no repetir. El personal carece de muchísima empatía, no ayuda nada al cliente, se limita a decir todo aquello por lo que a uno se le va a cobrar. Los accesos al hotel son pésimos por unas obras en la calle. En ningún momento esto se advierte y cuando se llega con el coche no hay forma de estacionarlo temporalmente para hacer el checkin. Apareció gente mayor que quería pasar caminando y no podía. Coches detrás pitando porque se atascaba el paso. Apresuradamente intenté resolver la situación aceptando el parking del hotel a un precio abusivo, 12€. En ningún momento el personal se preocupó de facilitar nuestra llegada, se desentieron del problema. En la web los servicios publicitan “aparcamiento incluido” y “aparcamiento gratuito en las instalaciones”. Esto es totalmente falso, un engaño. Además, durante el checkin y con coches pitando fuera se reclama sin tiempo para entender nada una tarjeta para cobrar una fianza siguiendo las normas del hotel. Quien venga con coche tiene que prepararse para no asumir que podrá hacer el checkin con normalidad y bajar las maletas. No hay sitio para parar y se verá forzado a pagar 12€ para resolver el problema. Desayuno a 33€ por dia para una familia con dos hijos. Otro precio abusivo y disuasorio. Habitación correcta pero con muchísimo olor a cerrado y humedad. Todo esto hace que uno no se plantee volver porque la experiencia de cliente es muy mala.

Tomaremos medidas para mejorar nuestra comunicación y asegurarnos de proporcionar información clara y oportuna sobre cualquier situación que pueda afectar la llegada y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes.Lamentamos igualmente la dificultad para estacionar temporalmente su vehículo y realizar el check-in de manera fluida debido precisamente a estas obras. Entendemos lo estresante que puede ser esta situación, especialmente cuando hay coches detrás esperando. Ha sido una cuestión temporal, pero tomaremos esto en consideración para buscar soluciones que permitan a nuestros huéspedes realizar el check-in sin problemas y encontrar opciones de estacionamiento temporal adecuadas. Informamos siempre a nuestros clientes en la comunicación pre-estancia literalmente: Hay un aparcamiento público gratuito abierto a 100 metros del hotel, si desea garaje cerrado, tenemos concertado a 50 metros al precio de 12.00 por día y es necesario efectuar reserva previa del mismo bajo disponibilidad.En relación al precio del garaje concertado 12 es un precio totalmente normal para un garaje en un destino de temporada. En relación al desayuno permítame decirle que el mismo es un buffet muy completo que no tienen muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas y el precio que usted indica sale a 8.5 por persona, sinceramente creemos que son precios justos con una muy buena relación calidad-precio para nuestros huéspedes.Nuestro objetivo es brindar una experiencia agradable y confortable a todos nuestros huéspedes, y lamentamos que el olor a cerrado y humedad en su habitación haya afectado negativamente su estancia.
