Forgot a toothbrush and the night staff man said they don't carry extra, even though room card said to go ask if we forgot something...a block from it was a strip club, and the area generally felt unsafe.

Dirty room never changed sheets

Dear Debra,Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We take great pride in our cleanliness and are pleased to offer daily housekeeping services, which many hotels no longer provide. After carefully reviewing our housekeeping reports, we found that your room did receive service, but the sheets were not changed, as it was your second day with us, and we typically change sheets every other day unless requested otherwise.We sincerely apologize if this was not made clear during your stay, and we’re always happy to accommodate any specific requests for bedding changes. Great location, easy commute to key tourist location. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Wish the hotel had a pool but overall a great experience.
