"My friend and I were staying for an event, and chose a room with two single beds were "upgraded" to a double bed and single bunk bed, we were unable to have the room we booked. The bunk bed was hard and whilst the bottom sheet was on, it was not clean and I had to dust it off and make it myself. Very cramped, a bit of a rabbit warren inside, and a shared bathroom with 5 other rooms. Certainly overpriced. Breakfast wasn't eaten there as it wasn't very clean in the kitchen, very dated, we ate...
