The hotel itself was clean and staff was great. The surrounding area isn’t as nice. Good was not available around the clock as we arrived hungry, but overall, we enjoyed the experience.

Beautiful modern hotel. Clean with everything you need. Staff were very accommodating. Lots of charming details

Unfortunately though the staff behind the front desks were kind and polite I cannot fault them - we had a rude waiter and bad experience The food very expensive and not great quality, the steaks were not cooked how we asked, they forgot the steak knives with the steak and the steaks were very tough. The waiter seemed offended I didn’t eat my steak because it was rare and he continued to ignore or be passive aggressive the rest of time. I think this hotel would be a lot better if they focused on hospitality and good food rather than trying to be trendy or expensive, for 3 nights and 2 rooms it cost me about £1000 thinking the pool would be free with the booking only to get there and it’s 9 euro per hour per person which I thought was ridiculous. The breakfast was quite frankly disgusting there were flies all over the pineapple and watermelon tray, the orange juice machine not working, the water tasted of chlorine and the bacon looked and tasted like it had been sat out all night and just reheated. for the price I paid I’m disappointed, the beds were comfy and receptionist polite but sadly doesn’t makeup for the experience.

Comfortable clean hotel

The hotel was very modern and clean and the room.was VERY spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the water hot. The bed was big and comfy and the room was quiet. The staff were helpful and the breakfast good. On the down side my husband had to pay to use the swimming pool and spa however both saunas ( which was what he wanted to use ) were not in use. I was a little disappointed that sport was not available on the bedroom tv. Wimbledon is a huge worldwide event and I could only view it in the bar area where viewing was not always easy
