I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay! The host alone, the breakfast alone, and the room alone were all worth the price.... could be charging much more than we paid!! Our best breakfast so far on our 1 month trip and our host was exceptional!

The host with the most. We had an amazing and comfortable stay with Simone. He really took care of us like family. Including staying up for our late arrival, waking up earlier and preparing the most delicious and fresh breakfast. He is truly one of a kind and made our short stay a memorable one. Simone is a great owner. He is very kind and helpful. The free breakfast is super delicious. There is a 24-hour self service laundromat in walking distance, which is very convenient for travelers.

Wonderful service. Unbeatable value
This hotel had everything going for it. An enthusiastic, helpful, commited to service owner. A wonderful location close to the centre with historic buildings and an excellent restaurant recommended by the owner. My room was large, comfortable, spotless and pleasing to the eye. My breakfast pastry was delicious. It was served in my room with cappuccino, blueberries and yoghurt type drinks. I was given apple cake for the journey when I left. There was a large undercover garage but someone had parked across the driveway so I was shown a free parking area very close by.

struttura situata in centro, comoda per tutto ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. Simone il proprietario persona stupenda fa di tutto per accontentarti già la mattina con la colazione speciale, e il posteggio in garage tanta roba. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura per chi vuole visitare siena e dintorni.

Otel temizdi. Yatak konforluydu. Sabah kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve hızlı check-in yapan beyefendi çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve kibardı. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno in questo B&B, nonostante il poco preavviso abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e ordinata appena giunte per il check-in. Stanza estremamente spaziosa con bagno privato ben organizzato e un corridoio-armadio molto pratico per risistemare i bagagli. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza strepitosa: titolare gentilissimo che ha, l'indomani, preparato una colazione coi fiocchi. Tornando in queste zone lo terrei sicuramente in considerazione. Complimenti!

Óptima experiência
O anfitrião foi extremamente simpático e prestável. O quarto e WC eram modernos e acolhedores, o facto de termos uma cozinha disponível é uma mais valia. O pequeno almoço foi muito bom e variado, a tarte era deliciosa.
