Would have loved to give 5 stars because the checkin service was a delight and valet parking as well, however, the rooftop bar was terrible! We waited a good 30mins for someone to wait on us - or even just acknowledge us. There was music, we were 3, so we figured we’d be patient and enjoy the atmosphere a little. We sat inside near the bar so we were VERY visible from the moment we Walked in until Exit. There were plenty of waiters. No one ever came, or even greeted, as if we weren’t there. It was a rude environment. I am familiar with the overall service in Montenegro and know how different it is from NY, to say the least, but being that all the other parts of the hotel and staff were a delight this was disappointing. We ended up just leaving, and still were not acknowledged.
We instead grabbed a drink and bite downstairs at the lobby bar. We caught them right before they closed. Other than this the hotel was great, convenient, clean and modern decor.
