Great location, very quiet and peacefull, ideal for families with kids. The water is amazing. The staff from both hotel and restaurant is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed on the ground floor and we were steps away from the see. Absolutly stunning views. Thinking of returning next year!

An old hotel with a low service level.
Posted 4 Aug 2015 on HotelsI had several problems in this hotel. The first day I checked in at 14:00 the room was not clean, the toilet was not clean, there were not toilet paper and hand soap.
I have asked to get cleaned room but again no hand soap was in the toilet. Nobody from the reception followed up if it was ok.
Even the internet should work in all rooms there were no internet in the room. I have complained but nothing happened.
Breakfast is from 08:00-10:00 but if you are there at 09:30 you can only find limited breakfast and additionally not fresh bread perhaps from yesterday. Have complained but the waiter did not even apologised.
Parking should be ensured but there is no guaranty that you will find it when you return to the hotel late evening.
The beach is nice , water clean but that is not enough for this price. Not recommend this hotel.

A Jewel in a small resort!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. They took notice of my limited mobility and gave us a room on the ground floor. They also helped us with local knowledge
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Drasniche was small and had a couple of bars, a clean beach as well as the hotel.. We had hired a car and were able to explore the coast. Wonderful!
The room was very comfortable and wonderfully clean. The hot water was provided by Solar power and was delightful. The Staff were excellent, spoke perfect English, and really 'went overboard' to help us.We loved them.
The Restaurant was fantastic! Boyan and Daniel showcased the wonderful seafood of the area! They had incredible knowledge of the seafood and dishes of the region. The Hotel even boasted it's own fisherman! He caught most of the fish they served from his own little boat. He and Boyan even went out to catch us special fish using their 'parengals', a 400 meter long line tethered to a buoy. The Chef had 40 years experience and was amazing. Do not miss out on their locally made aperitif, home cured and salted anchovies and beautiful olives!
They always showed us the fish before cooking it. It was clear eyed and obviousy very fresh..It was served with traditional Croatian sauces and was always wonderful! We loved every dish!
We hired a car from Split airport, it was amazingly cheap. We drove from Ploce to Baska Voda. Makarska, Tucepi , Drevenic and Podgora were lovely and our favourites. I really recommend driving here. We took boat trips to Brac and Hvar, Beautiful islands, well worth a visit, loads to see.
For the more active, there are mountain walks, climbing and cycle paths. There are loads of wonderful views and wildlife to see.
This hotel is small but very special and the Restaurant is definitely one not to miss! Bring a car, there is ample parking.

Ein Hotel in wunderschöner Lage, die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und alle waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett. Durch Stau an der Grenze sind wir erst mitten in der Nacht eingetroffen, aber das war nach kurzer Absprache überhaupt kein Problem.

호텔등급 낮지만, 맛있는 조식포함 가족휴식하기 좋은 호텔
