Uma hora e quinze num saguão lotado e com filas para fazer o check in. De resto o atendimento foi bom. Comida simples mas boa. No entanto, restaurante lotado com dificuldades do pessoal na reposição. Quarto confortável. Cadeiras insuficientes à beira das piscinas. Tivemos que sentar, em plena tarde de sol, num sofá do ambiente interno. Tudo só começa às 10 da manhã.

Tudo muito bom. Comida excelente, atendimento , as atrações para crianças são incríveis num espaço amplo que mesmo com o hotel cheio todos conseguem se divertir. A única problema que achei foi um pouco de falta de conservação da área externa.

Excelente Hotel, muito boa estrutura, atendimento espetacular! Além do resort, um bom parque de diversões para as crianças. Local é muito completo para família com crianças! O preço é caro, mas o conteúdo faz jus ao valor. Única critica: A limpeza e itens do quarto (armário , toalheiro , ar condicionado parede) deixaram a desejar.
