"Wow! What a place! Spacious! Clean! Comfortable. Balcony with a view. Quiet! Helpful and friendly hostess « A » (forgot her name). The breakfast was the best I have ever seen in all my travels. So many choices! Beds were very comfortable and the 2 washrooms were ideal. We were 2 couples and were supposed to share an apartment. "This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. Service is outstanding and the staff very friendly. I want to thank and recognize Sabine at the front desk and Ericka at breakfast for their great service."

"Amazing setting, very spacious room with a great view. Robert Tamers and brother are fantastic hosts, so kind. Only complaint is check-out time, 9:00am, ouch."

"Very clean and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Manuel was most helpful. We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. May I suggest the Mirabell using the map that the Information Center uses."

"Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent. "

"These apartments are in an amazing, beautiful area with awesome scenery surrounding it. The woman who runs the facility is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. My favorite part was walking each night about an eighth of a mile to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, the only close place nearby. :-) And, it's close to public transportation which I was relying on"

"I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return. "
