Staff was great! Room was clean, but too bleach smell on lines was overpowering. Breakfast was great! Beds fairly comfy - facility in need of some upgrades. Rated as an 8.6. I would give it a solid 7.5!

The staff way very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Th building is getting older, and things need updated, but the stay was well worth the price.

At check in, staff requested an additional cash deposit of roughly four times the room charge. There's no mention of an additional cash deposit being requested. Staff were extremely rude and refused to help in anyway; including to cancel or refund my reservation. The deposit needs to be disclosed at the time of reservation; and staff should absolutely be more understanding and helpful.

Trouble with TV, but fixed by staff. Blow dryer didn't work. Some stains on the chair upholstery. Didn't realize we would need to climb stairs with bags. Otherwise clean and comfortable for our stay.
