Room was clean. Bed was very confortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I called here on Monday, talked to front desk, she told me the room price, plus pet deposit and showed up today and wanted to pay for the room with cash and wasn't told that I needed a $150 deposit so I am disappointed in the communication

When we arrived to our room, we had to physically remove a tree frog that awaited us by the bed. The electricity was off to three of the four walls in the room so we had to change rooms. The new room was full of roaches. The pillows were so flat we had to go to Walmart and buy some more. When we checked out, there was no one in site to give the keys too. This place is full of road crew and mud was all over the floors from their boots, stains on the carpets in the halls. Upgrades in the main hallway that started a year ago were incomplete. Breakfast was extremely sparse. The coffee was good. I will not be staying here again and will make the trip 40miles away to Jonesboro when visiting my family in Pocahontas. Staff was nice. The building exterior has been given a fresh touch up, but inside beyond the front desk area is essentially a bait and switch for an old, buggy nasty motel that needs to be upgraded.
