Unable to check in at property. Completely inflexible Reception Staff. Insisted on payment by bank transfer, would not take a credit card. Ended up finding a different hotel.

I called repeatedly, like 10 times, from Munich...to let them know I would be doing a late check-in, got thru once, but lady was no help. Finally arrived, after delays at 2:00am and no one to answer door. No place to stay. So had to pay for premium room at Marriot so I could sleep.

I enjoyed my stay… cute little hotel, next to old Plzen, including shopping and restaurants… and also near a tourism office. Price was okay.

We liked the proximity to the city. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to please the guests. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for three nights but unfortunately no room service was provided during that time.

The walls were quite thin and the stairwell was a bit tricky for anyone with mobility concerns, but overall we were very happy with this place. The bathroom was updated, excellent water pressure and hot water. Staff was great; we had a late train out and so the staff let us keep our big suitcase with them after check out time so we would continue exploring.

Great location, hotel was getting a facelift, TV didn't work, Wifi sketchy, staff was very helpful though.
