Posted 1 Oct 2019 on HotelsI was very surprised of the size of my room and the overall condition of the facility. Everything was excellent! The room was quite large as well as the bathroom. The room and bathroom were top-notch clean! The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens/pillows smelled wonderful. My room wasn't ready when I checked-in but that wasn't a problem for me as I did a walk around the local area and found it quite fascinating. Lots of history and a very nice frisbee golf park a short distance walk from the hotel. The evening dinner was very good, although they had run out of my first choice, the second choice was delightful. The WiFi was super fast with a very strong signal. Morning breakfast buffet seemed to be lacking lots of choices as the early risers cleaned out the selections with replacements arriving very slowly. Parking was available, adequate, and free in the front courtyard. The Hotel York will be my first choice the next time I visit Plzen!
