Front desk service member gave lots of attitude over the use of gift cards. Seemingly a simple transaction, but we were treated poorly upon check out. Eventually it was rectified but was unnecessary. We’ve been several times and it is a Fine resort, but plenty of other options without the snobbiness.

I was billed fraudulently for something that did not take place beside that the experience was perfect.

As noted on the registration card you signed upon checking in, no smoking of any kind is permitted and if any evidence is found/smelled, a fee will be charged. Two of our managers and the guests in the next room substantiated the claim, as well as evidence found in the room. We also had to keep the room out of order for 2 days in order to air it out. Thank you.

The gardens are beautiful. The service at the bar was great. The rooms seemed a little dark and could use an update. But, I would definitely go back.

The outside grounds were meticulously kept. My room was beautiful! I especially liked the outside patio from my room with a little table and chairs. That's where i enjoyed my birthday breakfast! I enjoyed all the birds and the bubbling waterfall sounds. Just exquisite!!
