property in good location. foul order in lobby. elevator broke during visit, so we ate our fast food in lobby area, elevator was fixed by morning. guy at front desk was polite. room was average. breakfast was very nice, better than most.

Thank you for your feedback at the Holiday Inn Express Plymouth it is very important to us. Sorry, the elevator was down for about an hour and a half due to the storm that we were having which caused the power to go out for about a minute. However, the elevator was down a bit longer once power was restored, but thankfully it was fixed before 9 pm. I do apologize for any issues that you faced during your stay.

The room was great and the staff made check in very easy. My favorite part was the hot breakfast and the breakfast attendant who was helpful and welcoming!
