The hotel was fine with two MAJOR problems. The TV did not work and the elevator was out of service. Climbing the stair was not enjoyable.

I have stayed here many times. My room was fine, it was tidied up each day. The main issue was that on 2 different days the elevator was out of service first thing in the morning. That is not acceptable to me.

Holiday Express in Plymouth, MA was a pleasure to stay in. We really appreciated the complementary breakfast as we had to go every day to visit our friend who had been injured in an accident. We live in CA so anything that could make this trip less stressful was more than appreciated. Thank you!!

Called several times no response on check out complained and was told that someone would call. Never did called again and the same thing. Just called again a 3rd time and still no response
