I liked just about everything except for the noise people above and beside were very loud kid's overhead stomping and yelling all hours.

I will be requesting a refund. They gave notice that we would have to take a shower before 9am because the water would be off. We were not told until after we paid. Fine, we woke up early to take a shower before 9am. I laid back down to sleep until check out. The loudest drilling started shortly after I fell asleep at 9:20am, this was the final straw for us. I recorded the sound for reference.
