Housekeeping did half a job in my room. Bathroom was serviced but bed not made and coffee not replenished.

Overall great experience. I've never stayed in a hotel that does not use a full mattress protector. It was just a thin pad that did not cover the whole mattress. Kind of gross! Other than that, everything was clean. Good location.
