Horrible booking experience with En-suite rooms

En-suite rooms’ process seems designed to make you feel unwelcome: Filling out waivers beforehand, proof of identity, then you pay, then they demand damage waiver, when you arrive they take photos of the room in case you damage it. No TV, no instructions on accessing Wi-Fi, not advised beforehand that there was no parking in the area. This should not be advertised as a hotel - I won’t be using this company again. No issues with room or the Hotels. Com booking system.

Room two small for two

I originally booked the room for two, lucky my partner did not come as the rook was very small for two. The apartment was not near the post code, but by the travel lodge took a lot of finding. Representative sayed on the phone to help me

We had a lot of trouble finding this place, we were only given a postcode and not an address so we were walking around for an hour trying to find it. There was a photo of what the built looks like and we arrived there but they were all student flats. A woman eventually came out of the student flats and we were in the right place. She said she has been watching us but she list us walk about for ages? We weren’t told that these were student flats

Not good we had to wait hour and 20 minutes when we got there for the key Very difficult to find Was not informed it was student accommodation and was woke in the night by shouting swearing and people arguing because they were keeping them awake at 2 in the morning and they had to get up for work in the morning No one on sight to get any info or anything
