Property was nice. Although the property is listed as no pets, the front desk clerk challenged the legitimacy of a service animal, and against ADA rights, requested paperwork. Upon being informed of ADA rights for a service animal, the clerk went on to try to inform us that there were other customers on the same floor who may voice concern of our service animal and so we may be alerted upon notification from our hotel neighbors. This was extremely insensitive and revealed the lack of training of the hotel staff. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately our staff tries to make sure not just employees but other guests are aware of any service animal so that the individual is not being questioned numerous times or having the work provided by such animal interrupted in any form.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there to attend the Christmas Market in Elkhart Lake. Enjoyed the holiday decor and convenient location.

It was really nice to check in before arriving (since we had such a long drive to the hotel). The kids loved the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue was that there weren’t many options for breakfast and the coffee was incredibly weak.

I was on the 3rd floor, which was full blown construction, which nobody told me. They were sawing until 7:30 pm at night. No one should have been put on that floor. The smell was horrendous. I have stayed at this property at least 3x before. Won’t be staying again. Very disappointed!
