What a lovely place! The personal touch of a personally-run business, just minutes from the Plovdiv Old Town, so it's easy to walk in every day. But you also have quick access to all the fun and excitement of the modern-day Plovdiv entertainment area.

Staying at the place is like visiting your best friends. It is very relaxing with a great personal touch. The owner who wears many hats is personally involved in everything, from breakfast to room service. He was also our tour guide in the sense that he pointed us to all the best spots to visit including a concert in a nearby ancient Greek amphitheater that was amazing. The experience is completely different than a stay in a big impersonal hotel. Highly recommended!

I’d travel to Plovdiv just to stay here!

At check-in the owner, unsolicited, pulled out a map and showed us great sites to see, great restaurants to try, and the best routes to get there navigating the cobblestone streets in the dark. The whole building is exquisitely restored and painted in historical and traditional design. The room was very clean and fitted with mint condition antique furnishings. The bathroom was the only thing modern and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was homemade Bulgarian and was the best we had in our visit to the country. I cannot say enough. This place made me feel at home.

Very nice family hotel, right at the border of old Plovdive, delicious breakfast. The owner was helpful, explained where to go, what to seee.

Cozy small hotel. Run by owner who does an excellent job in keeping guests comfortable. Home made breakfast was excellent. Right at the border with old town.

Mitko is a great host! He takes pride in the work he's done with the beautiful house and would go to lengths to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend it and can't wait to go back for a longer stay.
