"When we checked in the room allocated although it had an opening window it didn't have air con, so the receptionist offered to move us, which we accepted, The 2nd room allocated when we come to leave the room to go out & eat the door wouldn't lock, so onto the 3rd room. This room was the same layout as room 2, just a little cleaner. All room 2 lacked was for someone to brush or hoover the floor. "Only here for two nights whilst I explored the area by bike. The hotel is in a spectacular location right on the sea front, beautiful views out to sea and along coast. My room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was free right outside the hotel, and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would for sure stay here again when in the area. "

"The property was right on the water. The view was beautiful and the staff were kind. Unfortunately the room was tiny. There was little choice for meals, eg an expensive breakfast buffet was the only option in the morning. There was also only one person working at reception so check in and check out were really slow."
