"The room has had a strange smell since I first walked in. Also the fan in the bathroom was really loud and cannot be turned off, so I had to keep the bathroom door shut in order to fall asleep. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, so you'd have to walk with your luggage for a block. It could be an inconvenience for people with large suitcases."

"I recently stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Fernando III and was blown away by the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with strong attention to detail. "What a nice hotel. Modern, clean and excellent service. The breakfast was amazing (although quite expensive) with a cook to order area, a barista coffee bar and a fantastic selection of food. We had a superior room which wasn’t large, but had two bathrooms one with a large shower, double sink and WC, the other with bath and single sink. All was quite new and very nicely appointed. The staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. The hotel is close to the station and about 25 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. "

"Our second stay in the EME Mercer in 6 months, this time returning with our daughters. Upgraded to the penthouse rooms which was a fantastic surprise with amazing views of the Cathedral and city skyline. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, so accommodating and kind. The reception staff are helpful and the breakfast team great remembering drinks and food orders after only two mornings. We love Seville and I would not stay anywhere else now. We look forward to returning! "
