The property is super clean and room was spacious. Bracelet keys are awesome. Enjoyed “special” coffee time from 4 to 5 in the afternoon. No reservation policy at restaurants was a welcome change. Will be staying again.

We really like the area. We can walk around outside the resort and we know its safe. Nice resort, quiet and relaxing. Beaches are wonderful.

All-inclusive goes a long way at this property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the activities and drinks included were amazing, and the sous chef and dining staff went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated due to dietary restrictions. We had the most amazing experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff, service and food were all wonderful. I was not able to get wifi in my room 1140 and had problems getting hot water in the shower. Other than that, an excellent experience.

My husband and I went for 5 days and 4 nights to the Viva Azteca. We went in September which is the slow season and ended up getting a free upgrade on our room to an ocean view. It was beautiful!! The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was very comfortable!! The buffet food was ok, but it wasn't fantastic. The best restaurants were the Italian and the Japanese restaurants in our opinion! We didn't have to make reservations, but it was because of the time of year we went. The beach and pool area were amazing!!!!! The entire staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. Also found out after we got there if you book the Viva Azteca you get access to the Viva Maya but if you book at the Maya you do NOT get access to the Azteca. So we were able to explore 2 resorts. A lot of fun overall

El sitio está bien por el precio. Siento que en cierto aspecto está algo anticuado, creo que necesita una reforma. Las habitaciones en específico. El grupo de limpieza también debería limpiar aún más las habitaciones. En una ocasión la persona que limpió la habitación olvidó hacer la cama por completo y también olvidó dejarnos papel higiénico. Llamamos a recepción y nos llevaron 2 rollos. La comida de desayuno es muy regular, nada excepcional. Aparte de eso esta bien por el precio supongo. Para la próxima buscaremos otro sitio aunque paguemos más.
