I think the property needs some updating especially the lobby. I wish there was room service to get food after 10. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was great. I loved the white party and that it was a family friendly event. The beach area was very nice

This hotel doesn’t have a beach inside you need to drive 30 min to get to another hotel beach, rooms are very old and small, there’s no elevators at all, only one big pool and one for children, the lobby is very very small it’s not really a lobby it’s more like just an office to check in. This hotel is not what the pictures show at all. Do not recommend at all. Not recommending at all this hotel.

The food was not good. The restaurants were first come first serve. The food that was available for 24 hours was HORRIBLE

It was very upsetting. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable making it hard to sleep. The food was not good often over cooked.The availability of signature restaurants is notqqqqq massive enough to accommodate the resort. They only allowed 40 people to reserve Italian and steak house.
