We liked our stay at casa Pelicano. The surrounding was not pittoresque so to say, but very close to the beach which was excellent. The couple was very friendly but did not speak English, you need to be prepared for that. Breakfast was fine and sufficient, diner was excellent. We would definitely recommend this casa.

My girlfriend and I stayed here. Hands down the best experience we had in Cuba! The host is amazing, the food is spectacular and the beach is literally a minute walk away. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The family looked after me wonderfully. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the river. The casa owner was my driver to the National park and took me on the most amazing snorkling trip ever. The room wasn't the most luxurious but probably good for the area. It was clean and bed was comfortable. As a single woman i felt safe. Easy to walk to the beach. 30 seconds..

Certainly, here's the hotel review: The room was exactly as described, equipped with everything we needed. The staff offered a delightful breakfast and dinner on the terrace. They were also very helpful in assisting us with taxi bookings. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and enjoyable dining experiences.

Rooms overlooking the sea. The best place to welcome the sunrise. The beach is a minute's walk away. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming, willing to help in any situation. When my husband became ill on the day of departure, the host offered help and provided a room free of charge for my husband to come to his senses. They also helped us organize excursions to Cienaga de Zapata and rent a bike to ride around the area. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful. The covered terrace was directly at the sea / the bay. It was quiet and very private. The breakfast and the dinner was absolutely delicious, varied and extensive. I would return any time! Thank you!

We had a lively stay in Playa Larga. The only downside for me was the spiral staircase up to the room. I should have noticed it from the pictures. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Our hosts were really lovely and the food was fantastic. The location is idyllic. Low budget, highly recommended.

Op nog geen 20 meter van een mooi strand ligt deze Hostal Pelicano. De locatie is goed. Strand dichtbij en centrum op loopafstand. De eigenaren zijn aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima met uitzicht over het water, waar natuurlijk ook colibries en pelikanen voorbij kwamen. We hebben hier ook 2 tours geboekt en die waren goed geregeld. We hebben hier ook een avond gegeten en dat was prima. Helaas vonden wij de matrassen slecht, hier zouden ze wat aan moeten doen. Ze hebben wel een aggregaat dus altijd stroom, wat wel fijn is in Cuba.

Ubicacion perfecta a orillas del mar. Habitacion sencilla, pero limpia y con una vistas muy bonitas desde la terraza comun. Propietario muy simpatico que te ayuda a organizar excursiones alrededor. Muy rica la cena de langosta y pescado.

Un très beau séjour à Playa Larga nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, la chambre est adaptée pour 2 avec une salle de bains fonctionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner est tcopieux. Je vous conseille de prendre l'option du repas du soir, excellent avec des produits locaux. Un grand merci à nos hôtes très arrangeants dans le quotidien avec de bonseils de visite. Je recommande cet hébergement.

De eigenaars van de casa waren heel aardig en hielpen ons met alles. De omgeving is erg mooi, voor uitstapjes om te snorkelen en vogels te spotten. Wel deet meenemen voor de muggen.
