The hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, staff is nice and friendly but the room needs a lot of maintenance, as you walk in the smell to old it’s nasty and the carpet dirty and ripping apart, towels stained, couldn’t sleep do to my allergies good thing it was only one night since we went to a wedding and came back next day.

The hotel was very old and the parking was crazy. Get back early to get a spot. The water was shut off for over two hours, while they "fixed" the pumps. Funny that the fountain and bar still had water. When we checked in, we were told that the Expedia price that we reserved was incorrect by $38. That if we wanted to check in, we would have to pay the higher rate. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!

Location is great, we could walk to shopping and dining. We had a view of the Marina and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ships. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room could use an update, mainly the bathroom and the lighting was not great.
