We found a cockroach in our room on one of the days during our stay. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa.
The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't be disappointed.
The property is also very close to the shopping (about 2 blocks).

The resort continues to be a fantastic getaway for me and friends. The staff is fantastic but a special call out to Yair, Sebastian and Francisco at the Beach bar for great conversation and ideas for eating out. The only negative for this resort is the entry into the water is a little dangerous, but that is what nature can do!
