Even after 10 trips the resort continues to be our favorite destination. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We will return for number 11.

This was my first visit and it was an absolute wonderful stay! My fiancé and I had a silver junior suite and the jacuzzi tub was a wonderful touch. My only complaint about the room was the bed. The mattress needed an update. Otherwise the property was wonderful and this is the best food I have ever had at any all inclusive resort! The endless options and wonderful staff were incredible! The beach was a little disappointing. I only went once because there were so many rocks it was hard being barefoot getting in and out of the water. Despite these things I would still plan on returning someday for another vacation!

I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. Since our dinner ended up late most nights, we did not make it to any of the shows.
The other issue I had was that people would leave their belongings on the beach/pool beds or chairs and not occupy them. There were some days we had trouble finding a spot. All the good spots were claimed, and we rarely saw people on them.
The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and nice, beds are comfy, food is good. Check in/out is quick. Convenience store is fairly priced. I really love this hotel. It was my 4th time going but this year I had the 2 major issues above.

Been to many other resorts and this is hands down the best! Pool is amazing and the nightlife is UNMATCHED. Live bands and performances almost every night and DJ on top of that after all in a close and inviting public square. Staff and the entertainment team are top notch and the food is incredible. 5 times visited, many more to go!
