Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsExcelente hotel muy hermoso y con sentido natural. La gente que trabaja allí son Argentinos muy amables. De noche la seguridad es muy amable también. Nunca hubo ningún problema. Si regreso a Playa del Carmen me quedare allí de nuevo.
Excellent hotel very beautiful and has a very natural vibe. The staff are Argentinians very kind. The security is very kind too. I never once had a problem. You can have guest over but have to pay 100 pesos if it’s after 11pm which is not bad at all. Never once had a problem if I return to Playa del Carmen I will definitely stay there again.

It was great! Nice king bed and spacious room! Only issue I didn’t like was the entrance, you have to enter through a tequila shop and after hours late at night, you just have to hope the security guard is there to let you in.
I didn’t have an issue during my stay, but I prefer knowing I can come and go as I please whenever with a hotel that has a 24/7 front desk.

Beware!!! This place is horrible. Unsanitary, the staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. The pregnant lady at the front always wearing a frown and says no to everything. There were raccoons in the main area digging in trash. The rooms don’t get cleaned. I asked for a towel and they said that I gotta pay if I replace towel within six days. Also the property at night is place where hookers bring in clients. They’re standing at the entrance all night. The only good thing about this place is location but it doesn’t mean a thing when the place is unlivable.

You were upset because you were told to leave 200mxn as a guarantee for beach towels, and when you return them you will get your money back. About cleaning, you are right, cleaning is not done and that is how it is detailed in the advertisement but you did not read. For every 6 days of stay it includes a cleaning service and if you want an extra one at any time you can request it at a cost of 100mxn

Great price and tucked away in the heart of the night life & shopping scene. Very safe. Bring ear plugs!
