The service was excellent. All of the staff was very helpful and courteous and kind the selection of the buffet. Every night was very diverse. We could go to an Italian restaurant or an Asian restaurant. They also had buffet options. Everything was very well taken care of. Looking forward to coming back again soon with my family.

Great place. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Even with rainy day, the staff made sure we had things to do, and stayed busy all day. One thing i wish they had is a place that was open 24/7 for snacks: cake, sweats etc or quite bite to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riu Playacar and look forward to returning soon. The room was clean, comfortable, and had perfect air conditioning to retreat to from the heat outside. House keeping was on top of everything and always provided fresh towels and bed turn down. Breakfast and lunch buffets were our favourite and so delicious. There are good options around the resort for food and drinks. Enjoyed our trip and wish we could have stayed longer!
