We had an amazing time here at the Princess Family Club. Staff was nice, food was decent, lots of different places to eat and swim, the beach was sensational! If you don't like to walk this isn't the place for you. We walked a LOT. There are shuttles that can transport you around. But it was perfect for us and our 8 year old. The wildlife is so neat here, too! We will come back again for sure.

Wonderful staff and the family club was perfect for kids 0-10! Would gladly return. One suggestion would be a daytime snack/dining option for family club as my kids were so tired and hungry in the evenings (ages 3&5) that they barely made it to the 6pm buffet opening time and we had to go to the main resort sport bar to get them food before the buffet opened.
But this place was excellent and so nice to have so many families near by and swim out room was fantastic! Thank you all

We loved the themed restaurants and huge territory. Great services, however some staff need to be trained properly. Additionally, we were denied in breakfast to go when we checked out at 5 am to the airport
