Just walking distances to 5th Avenue and front beach with good restaurant food is good service is perfect

The view and sound of the ocean was just what we were looking for. Breakfast was decent but for some reason they didn't include a kids breakfast even though he was a registered guest. They rectified it and included his breakfast in the end. Staff were really kind.

Great location in downtown Playa, beach is an 8 and street is quiet. Not for you if stairs are a problem.

On the beach hotel, plus a block from the 5th...so that beats anything! The breakfast at their restaurant overlooking the beach made it all worth it. The property is a bit old, the rooms were simple and lacked the amenities of a higher star hotel, such as tvs/room service/furniture...I mean, there were no hooks or chairs or dresser in our room to put our stuff, but I can overall say it was a pleasant stay. They accommodated us when we decided to extend our stay (and it was over the holidays)! We are pleased w this place, just wished they put a little love into their rooms, update/furnish a bit better.

Sand on floors. Asked for towels to clean room, they said no.

The staff was great- they were very accommodating and made things happen :)!
Pablo, Ruben and Gabriel, as well as the whole front desk team was great!
Location of the hotel is very good, and the beach - one of the best for skimming!

This Hotel is right on the beach which made for a very relaxing stay. It’s also very close to 5th avenue and all of the restaurants, so strolling and finding great places for dinner are easy. Can’t beat the Pelicano for the price.

El lugar está en una perfecta ubicación y el personal es muy amable , ademas el almuerzo que ofrecen está muy completo y rico, estamos muy contentos y agradecidos
