Unique property in this area. Service was top notch. Food was very good. We only stayed for a weekend so didn't explore a lot of the other amenities but would definitely go back.

Everything about this resort is perfect. The butlers are the best and the food and drink staff. You want for nothing. Enrique and Pilar our butlers were fantastic. Food is fabulous!!

Had a wonderful time. Aside from an awesome room, the best were the dedicated butlers that always available. We could order in our room anytime we wanted, all included. We could also enjoy the activities and restaurants at their sister hotel next door which is a short walking distance. Thanks!

Me and my husband celebrated our 15 year anniversary and were treated like royalty throughout our whole trip. The staff treated us as if we were the only ones on the resort and were available for us 24/7 and always checked on us and our needs. El Dorado Resort was also very well maintained and had beautiful grounds, restaurants, beach, and pools.

This was the best resort I've stayed at. The attention to customer service was amazing. We had 2 butlers Samantha and Janet that they went over and beyond for us. From the beach service to the restaurant and room service we wanted for nothing. I've never been on a resort where the food was amazing every meal. Definitely can't wait to return.

My wife and I just returned tonight from a 3 night stay for our 6th anniversary. I could never say enough how wonderful the bungalows were, how amazing the staff was (shout out to Aimee and Fernando!!!). Our stay was absolutely perfect, the food was amazing and the views are legitimately paradise.

We booked elite bungalows on the water and yet four of the 10 ocean facing bungalow rooms have an ugly water barrier in front of ocean. It’s disappointing and also as it is misleading from photos on the hotel website. We were moved two rooms away yet it’s imperative the hotel needs to inform the consumer in advance to spending $1,800 a night! Staff is excellent but in no way can I recommend this property
