Food and accommodation was great. Pools were not heated.

This is an excellent resort if you are physically challenged and require assistance. They have several open trolleys that move you around easily - just pop on. Anyone can ride anytime, anywhere in the resort. For an elevated experience you should try Privilege - some great upgrades worth the money.

We stayed at Ocean Riviera for a wedding with a large group of people. The grounds of the resort are very beautiful with lots of options for food, shopping, bars, etc. I did not find the food to be appetizing. The menus at the pool for lunch were disappointing. The room service food was barely edible. We found the rooms to be quite dirty. Lots of dirt in the corners, looked like it had not been dusted in quite some time. The biggest disappointment was the temperature of all of the swimming pools. Nobody in our group could go into the pools. The weather was warm and the pools should’ve been heated. There were no jacuzzis on the property except for on the balconies. Overall, it was a mediocre stay. Would definitely not come back.
