The hotel has some great aspects, like the amazing food, good options, and nice facilities. However, the customer service didn’t meet expectations for the price. It was average, not rude, but no one went above and beyond or walked the extra mile.

Staying at Xcaret was a dream come true that exceeded our expectations. Was so worth it staying there since it all inclusive. Parks, transportation, food, drinks was excellent! And the hotel was beautiful like a paradise!
