The staff are very friendly and work hard to keep their guests comfortable, cleaning is excellent. Every staff person is committed to their areas of expertice.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villas Segovia and overall, our experience was great! The hotel boasted a clean and inviting environment, with a staff that was consistently friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our needs, making it conducive for remote work during our stay. Additionally, the proximity to the beach, just two steps away, and the convenience of being only a block from 5th Avenue, added to the appeal of the location. There were just 2 points that could be improved upon. Firstly, the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected, and the refrigerator in the room did not cool efficiently, which was a slight inconvenience for storing food. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to become an even more exceptional stay!

This place is great. Beautiful location, nice big rooms well stocked fridge, great staff. The pool is a great place to meet and chat it is walking distance to chedraui and 5th avenue. It is quiet and clean.

Tout était très bien durant le séjour. Par contre, nous avions laissé un paquet à la réception pour un ami qui devait passer le chercher dans les jours suivants ; le personnel à VOLÉ la majorité des biens qu’il contenait . Alerte aux voleurs, ils aussi donc très capables de vous voler dans votre chambre.

Dear guest, we are sorry for the events that occurred at the end of your stay. It is important to mention that you did not leave any belongings at the front desk. You left early in the morning and left some groceries with the security guard. The front desk did not obtain any record of the items you were leaving. After 4 days, they went through these belongings and we were unaware of their contents. It is unfortunate that you make accusations of theft when we have not had any complaints about this. Una zona muy tranquila, pero cerca de lugares concurridos, una estancia muy agradable y el poco contacto que tuve con el personal fueron muy amables, si regresaría 💕
