Loved our stay here over xmas vacation, 2022. The place is listed at a good pñrice (700p a night). We didnt like our upstairs room very much, because of the size, so they gladly moved us to the lower level room (105). It was an amazing room with a fridge and two beds. They didnt charge us any more money. The pool is nice and clean! Hot water didnt work once, but it was fixed later. Location is a 20 min walk to mamitas public beach and theres lot of restaurants and shops on the way there ( on Constituyentes). The staff were really cool! Karla and the rest helped us with questions we had. For the money is a great deal and a nice place to stay. I would love it if they had a little bar or restaurant on the premises. Burger king is right next door with lots of places to buy drihks.. Thankx VSI. I will be back!!!!

bad hotel

The hotel didn't have hot water for three days and at times, no water at all for showering. We mentioned it to the management and they didn't seem to do much of anything about it. I was supposed to have three single beds in the room, but was only provided two beds and a couch. On my last day, very unhappy, I spoke to the manager to ask about a partial refund due to the conditions, and she told me to talk to hotels.com since I booked with them, or that they could reimburse me half of my money, but after considering that, I decided that it was not appropriate to make me pay for the stay when I did not feel at all comfortable staying there. The manager then disappeared and the employee who was there declined to reimburse me at all. Please do not stay at this hotel, it is not worth the money. Bad service and not a good place to stay. Very cheap and chintzy.

There is no free shuttle

THERE IS NO FREE FERRY SHUTTLE O BEACH SHUTTLE , AND FREE SELF PARKING IS ON THE STREET PLACE DONT LOOK LIKE ON THE PICTURES , FEES ARE TO BE COLLECTED BY THE HOTEL IN DOLLARS CONVERTED TO PESOS ON THERE ON RATE CHANGE THAT IS WAY HIGER OF WHAT THE EXCHANGE IS PLUS A 10% MORE TO USE A CREDIT CARD , PLUS I GOT SOME BED BUG BITES

Money's worth

Very dirty, pool is a small and you'd prob get a disease. Hard to find for taxis. Picture is not even close to look of place. Staff friendly and very helpful at least. Worst part that you aren't getting a deal. The hotel us not worth what it says on expedia. The sale price is actually the price of room as I asked how much for an extra room. Staff got embarrassed once I asked why it advertises a room worth 100 when it is not even worth 40 like I paid.

Place was good for the money. I got a 2 bed and 1 bath room. Quiet and centrally located. Renovating right now so a bit noisy during the day. It's gonna be beautiful. Very friendly staff.

Nosotros nos hospedamos dos dias pero con días de diferencia entre uno y otro es decir, estuvimos una noche, nos fuimos en la mañana y regresamos a nuestra segunda noche 5 días después.. la primera noche que estuvimos la alberca estaba verde de lo sucia que estaba, nos dieron excusas pero pues eso no justificaba nada.. califique mi estancia como mala por eso y a la siguiente noche que nos hospedamos que fue 5 días después, entregamos la habitación a las 12 y preguntamos si podíamos seguir haciendo uso de las instalaciones y nos dijo el gerente que no.. que porque nosotros habíamos dado una mala opinión sobre la primera noche que estuvimos el se sentía con el derecho de no recibirnos y pedirnos retirarnos por la mala opinión que habíamos dado sobre la alberca y que si no nos había gustado el hotel pues mejor nos retiráramos que él no tenía problema en dejar ahí a otros huéspedes después de hacer su check out pero que a nosotros no nos quería ahí por la mala opinión su actitud a la defensiva, burlona, irónica, prepotente y alzando la voz.. yo solo di mi opinión porque me la pidieron y porque era la verdad.. entonces si no quieren opiniones porque son “malas” entonces no las pidan.. las empleadas de limpieza y recepción muy amables.. el problema fue el “encargado” o gerente no se que sea ese señor que no sabe tratar el cliente

Hola, Buenas Tardes Gabriela, gracias por compartirnos tu experiencia, lamentamos mucho la situación de la alberca, en tu primera estancia, ya que tienes razón, ya que en esos días estuvo en mantenimiento. En la segunda estancia, ya estaba limpia la alberca, te recordamos que la hora de salida marcada es a las 12 pm, nos preguntaron si podían estar más tiempo en las instalaciones y se les comento que si se podría y se les resguardo las maletas, sin embargo, se retiraron y regresaron al hotel a las 3 de la tarde, con alimentos y bebidas, argumentando que se iban a quedar en las instalaciones ya que su vuelo salía hasta las 10 pm, caso que el gerente les comento que si se podría, pero en el área común, sin usar la alberca, caso que ustedes argumentaron que en otros hoteles te puedes quedar hasta las 6pm después de la hora de check in y que expedía no lo marcaba en sus políticas. Estamos muy sorprendidos del comentario, ya que en las cámaras de seguridad aparecen en el área común, comiendo y bebiendo en familia.

Llegue al hotel y no encontraban mi reservacion, a pesar de que le mostre imagenes de mi reservacion mediante expedia, ademas pague para 2 camas matrimoniales y no tenian disponibilidad. Una terrible experiencia
