- bottle water preferred instead of in a jar “safety”

Hi Allan, Im sorry you have had all this nonconformities about our hotel. Your stay was very quickly, just one nigth actually, so, we couldnt solve it and/or compensate it. Regarding the water jar in the rooms, its because we prefer to avoid the use of more plastic; we support that movement. Our best wishes.

Excellent staff and easy check in process. The accommodations were a little dated with rust on the walls/bathrooms/lamps.

We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and of good size. Very friendly staff and very flexible with us. Room was in great condition. Very close to beach and super close to main downtown area.

The hotel was half a block from the beach and half a block from the main tourist strip of 5th avenue (but wasn’t in the middle of the strip noise wasn’t a real issue here). It was a block from the ADO bus station. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean and it does have a lift access to upper floors.

Very convienant, clean quiet Nice staff
needs more electrical outlets, toilets dont flush well small pool and very small area around pool to lay out. onsite senote was dirty/unattractive. Had a deck area that is under utulized, could be a bar/breakfast designate

Dear David, we thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback, we pay attention in each comment that we received.. Adding more outlets are already in our future remodeling. Unfortunately toilets have a water saving system which makes them appear not to work correctly.At the moment, the breakfast area is not operating because it was temporarily suspended. We hope to offer it in the future.The cenote is connected with all cenotes and with the sea, our cenote is cleaned daily but unfortunately somedays the flow stops, this is why it is very important that the Mexican government controls the constructions in the area because it affects the entire ecosystem. As a hotel we do everything to take care of the endemic fauna and flora but we cannot do it alone, we need the support of the community and our guests. We hope that clients like you continues to stay in hotels like ours that provide work to the community and do care about the ecosystem..We hope to see you for a future stay. Kind regards,
