The property was very nice. The rooms were great food was ok. Taco bar was great. Didnt like the reservations for dinner. Made a resevation one night for 8 of us they only put 6 down and would not change it at the restaurant so we didnt eat there. For an all inclusive we had to pay for a lot of upgrades and had to buy a bottle of wine to get in to the hibachi restaurant. Not sure i would go back because for all inclusive it definitely was not.

I would highly recommend this resort. Staff was courteous and fun. Entertainment was plentiful.

Friendly staff. Had a lost item and they kept it til I checked for it again and it was returned. Nicely done

Good hotel for the price. Nice surroundings, rooms, pools and open areas
The foos in the restaurants was great but the buffet not much, especially the dessert. The cakes tasted all the same every day.

Good variety of places to eat and lots of things to do. Resort was clean and the staff was friendly and prompt. Could use more options for shopping on the resort.

The good; they had good shows for visitors, the restaurants were pretty good and overall staff whom you interacted with were nice and always helpful. The ugly; we went as a group and some family had some items stolen from their room that were left out of the safe. Interestingly enough, as the complaint was being placed another call regarding “lost” jewelry, from another guest, was being called in. Ofcourse, no resolution was made because they needed “72 hours” to investigate and we only had a day left before heading home. The room did have a musty moldy smell when we arrived and the building in general had leaks galore when it rained. The staff in the souvenir shop were overly aggressive and had a commissions argument in-front of me on who “got the sale.” Buffet food was ok, nothing to rave about. Is it a bad resort? No- however, would I go back to it? No. There are better options.
