Everything was pretty great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It’s very easy to get from point A to point B. The food was a win regardless of where you decide to dine. The only downsides to our experience were the wildlife around the park and the slippery floors in the room. The caotis around the property were at first a novel experience. However, they quickly became bothersome; being known to jump onto outdoor dining tables, steal food from dining guests, and occasionally bite patrons as well. Our room, while clean and well maintained, was prone to accumulating condensation on the tile floors. These conditions proved dangerous in one instance with a pretty hard fall that resulted in some aching a bruising. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would be open to staying again. Though the absence of these issues would have made our stay perfect, I would still say the stay was lovely.

Love it here! Service and people were wonderful! We were looking for quite and low key and couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a fabulous “low key” stay at this property. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Beautiful grounds. Every meal was delicious! Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Clean room, good food, good drinks, true all-inclusive experience. Almost no nightlife, no snack options (except sit down full meals), no indoor/weather protected drink/bar options, no American TV channels (tough for sports fans or to see news updates). A few instances of waiters not being able to speak English well enough to explain menu options. Also asked to sit through sales pitch become “members”…basically a time share sales pitch. Overall a good experience in spite of the negative mentions above. Nice property!
