The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing, very friendly and abundantly helpful! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Here are the most important things about Barrio Latino that many hotels lack:
Clean? YES!
Hot Water? YES
Great Water Pressure? YES!
Air conditioning? YES!
Ceiling Fan? YES!
Enjoyed my stay and will return here every time.Thanks for taking care of the property and me!

Wifi was not working well at all.
Staff very friendly.
They made me pay in cash for extra services i received and they didn't provide an invoice for that.
I paid in American $ and they made a change very unfair.
Besides that, all was good.

Signor Marco, what a surprise.!However, a receipt for the extra visits, and the cost to replace the key ring is in our books. The amount was not a surpirse and also that the extras need to be paid in cash . A good suggestion to other customers would be to honor the pending payments at least the night before the check out :we are pretty sure you had no language barrer to talk to our local manager .A pity we discovered only after your check out , that linenes will need extra laaundry also .We always aprreciate all the clients that leave the room in standard conditions .About the wifi , we hadn't any negative report while you visited, we will double check .

the staff is very sweet and informative !
the place is clean, very close to the beach and restaurants / nightlife !!
