Our room was quite nice, the staff was great and the location was close to everything. A little noisy at night, but that's Playa del Carmen.

Front office young lady was rude since my first day checking in , every time I will ask for beach towels she will get me an attitude or telling her the tv doesn’t work or toilet

This hotel felt like home! The staff were super friendly and our room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Everything was easy to walk to. Will be coming back soon!!
