Great place with lot of character and quaint little touches that make you feel you are in a Spanish villa.
The property is right on 5 th ave so it does get a bit noisy at night. There is double pane windows and it helps a lot. I didn't feel any issue with the noise.
The staff are super helpful. Being in 5th Ave you have access to all the party places and great food places in under 5 min. Beach is a 3 min walk away.

Fantastic charming boutique hotel in the heart 5th avenue. You wont beat the price for the quality. Been 5 times and will return. Jeff

The property was good, clean and cozy. Front desk and staff were so professional. Streets around have many food options. There are many nice restaurants near the hotel. And you can reach the sea just in a few minutes from Lunata on your foot. Recommend for a travelers . But.., it’s noisy at Night course of night life around.

We had a great stay. Very nice hotel in the middle of a extremely busy street. Makes you feel like you are staying somewhere else.
Very nice cozzy rooms and polite staff.
Easy access to taxis and bus station. Short walk to the beach. They provide beach towels which is nice.
We would stay again.

Ideal location right on the main strip. It’s so loud on the street but once you walk into the hotel and your room it’s complete silence. Staff were great — I forgot a small bag and as I was walking out the room attendant ran to give it to me. Very cute room love the theme. Includes everything you need.

This was such a beautiful property. We had a balcony looking over 5th Avenue and we’re 3min walk from the beach. Staff was exceptional. Water pressure and hot water was awesome.

Our stay was very comfortable, if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep in 5ta avenida, this is definitely the place. Staff was so helpful and lovely. Perfect for couples. Super walkable and short walk to ferry and shopping mall.
