Lovely pool area. Not too busy. A little noisy on weekend at night but not uncomfortably so. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not an extravagant hotel, but a good one. Clean , quiet close to the beach, ferry, shopping. Pool is nice. Parking is available but it’s only 3 spots so is very limited and is on first come first serve base’s. Was a good choice for my family on a budget. I do not recommend using the in room safe. It was not working properly at least the time we stayed. Staff was friendly.

Nice quiet property right by all the shopping centers and party but far enough that no noise at night

Very convenient to 5th Avenue with some parking at the hotel. Clean, very friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed my one night stay.

Not bad for one or two night
There is not much eating out options for solo traveler don’t know the area
It is bit shaddy area not that close to the walking distance of downtown playal del Carmen
But for one to two nights is efficient for me

Dear Ying,We are happy that you had a pleasant stay at our hotel. If you had ask for eating recommendation, we could have oriented you to many restaurants. There is more then 30 restaurants in a radius of 300m of the hotel and 5 restaurants just at the corner of our hotel. We don't anderstand why you say that we are not that close of downtown Playa del Carmen if we are right Downtown. Downtown is quiet big here so maybe we were not as close as the part of Downtown you wanted to be. But officialy downtown in from Playacar to calle CTM and from the beach to avenida 40. And we are located on Calle 4 between avenidas 15 and 20. We look forward to welcome you again.Regards,

The room and the bathroom was spacious, it had a fridge and an armour with a safe.it was a pretty room with comfortable beds and even a little viranda with table and chairs in a garden like setting with palms and tropical foliage. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help make you vacation the best. I also loved the little pond with turtles in the lobby. This hotel is literally a two minute walk from la quinta avenita yet was quite and peaceful at night with none of the noise from partying coming through. Loved the location.
