"Truly a 5 star accommodation. Everything from picking us from the airport, to check-in, to daily communication with the host was grade A. Prompt to reply and very accommodating. Location is great! Truly one of the best places that our family has stayed in and is super clean. Would absolutely stay here again. "Sure! Here’s a more polished and engaging version of your review: ⸻ We stayed at this beautiful property right in the heart of Fira, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything in Fira is just a short walk away, making the location incredibly convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. We also had the chance to use the spa — the treatments were excellent and worth every moment. The only minor inconvenience was parking, which is about a 6-minute walk from the property if you’re renting a car. That said, the staff is happy to assist with a golf cart to help with luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, has great views of the rest of the island at sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food options to choose from. We didn’t have time to try the pool out as we were out & about most of the time so I can’t review it. I do want to acknowledge that receptionists were very helpful. Yonida was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations, as well as booking our transfers/taxis. Her ability to speak multiple languages was impressive (English & Spanish among others). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable & memorable. "

"The construction on the cliff and the vertical distribution of the hotel is outstanding, awesome. The entire property offers stunning sea views of the caldera. The breakfast is fantastic, healthy and served with a smile on the terrace with an out of this world sea view, just magnificent! Only thing is you need to be prepared to climb a lot of stairs! The bed is super comfy, big king size and the cave design is cool and different. The shower is a little bit too small and the dressers are a little difficult to use for a lady to put her make up on but besides these tiny details this hotel is a little gem in the super beautiful Fira Santorini. We really loved it! ❤️❤️"

"There were 8 of us total; 4 couples and we had the best time. Panos, the manager was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast every morning looking out at the sea. It was a delight to stay there. There are a lot of steps down to your rooms so if steps are an issue this is not the place for you, but neither is Santorini to be honest. Would stay here again and again! Location was perfect for our group- in the middle of everything. "
