The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location and has all the amenities necessary for a family holiday. Was disappointing that there was absolutely no guest/ customer service. All inclusive is terrible and confusing along with the processes and systems the hotel has.
Such a shame for a property that could be amazing.
A let down for our family holiday and won’t return in future.

4 night stay
Posted 30 Aug 2022 on HotelsFamily resort. feels like 1000's of people there. Crowded. If that does not bother you, ok place. Noise at night from pool or karioki irritating.

Nice hotel, near many attractions
Posted 2 Sep 2021 on HotelsWe had a nice stay, the room was clean and breakfast plentiful. My only gripe is with the beach -- the dried seaweed should be cleaned out daily.
