This is great for family outings but not for guests who like to drink alcohol. I wish we read the hotel policy about no alcohol allowed in the property. We had to check out the next day & just forfeited our 2nd night reservation. Staff is wonderful!

Beddings are almost worn out and the pillows are over used even the towels, shower curtain is dirty , wave pools have a lot of moss, but they have a lot of nice staff

Clean pool water and big areas. Kids friendly pool.
Low pressure water in our rooms. Not well maintained bedrooms and bathrooms. Not worth to stay overnight

Expediaに問い合わせしていますが、全く返信も有りません。
ホテルは2泊の予定でしたが2時間でチェックアウトし他のホテルに移動しました。
レストランが工事中で食事無し。ルームサービスも無し。買い出しの確認をすると部屋でアルコールは禁止。上記情報は予約時全く無く、最悪な旅行になりました。ホテル側から返金に対してはExpediaに確認して欲しいとの事でした。が、未だExpedia何の連絡も有りません。
