"It was a little hard to get in touch with the property owner at first, but once we were able to get in contact and get his WhatsApp number everything went smoothly! "A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would...

"Staff here are very polite n helpful..very prompt to our request....thank you guys... But as for cleanliness..the fridge n utensils are not very clean..we have to go 711 to buy wiping cloth n detergent to clean thoroughly..kettle was rusty inside but they change a new one for us..thank you"

"The luxury apartments misleadingly and poorly advertised. Expedia ad says business name is Luxury Apartments by Phil City Condos but the name of the actual building is El Jardin Presidente 2, when my guests showed up, the check in desk wont acknowledge the reservation "luxury apartments". The number thats in the ads is not working nor cant be reached. My guest ended up staying on another property.. Thanks to expedia agent who helped rebook the guests in a closeby hotel. BEAWARE WHEN BOOKING...
