Perfect Location for a Plano or North Dallas destination trip. Excellent service and convenient availability of breakfast buffet, larger hotel room with full kitchen, and convenient options of common groceries at the front desk!! Great Service 👍

The manager was terrific with assisting with our arrival. He remembered and spoke with us as we passed occasionally during our stay.

This hotel has very thin walls. You can hear next door snoring. slamming of doors all hours of night and morning. people walking down halls. knocking on doors. can hear people’s conversations in the hallways and the room next to you. if you’re a light sleeper i DO NOT recommend this hotel.
my room didn’t have towels when i arrived. The towels I did receive, had someone else hairs in them. The bed was not comfortable. pillows aren’t the best. iron barely worked to iron my suit for meetings I had that weekend. On the plus side,
The shower was very hot, ac very cold. Will NOT stay here again. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20-$30 and stay at the Fairfield down the street.

I absolutely loved my room! So spacious and BEAUTIFUL and clean! I am so happy to find this place and it wayyyy exceeded my expectations! Instead of a mere 5 out of 5 I would have rated it a 25 out of the 5! I appreciated the free breakfast and 24-hr coffee with all the deadlines during the event in Allen Texas. It was close to the venue and I could even walk to Longhorn’s and had I needed emergency supplies maybe even walk to Costco. It was such a comfortable place with a very wonderful kitchenette and so environmentally conscious with recycling, the soap dispensers and actual dishes/silverware I can wash instead of all the paper and plastic waste. The hotel staff is always friendly and I especially appreciated that they were able to give me a room close to the elevator (due to my heavy gear) and a nice window view!
I hope this hotel never changes! I would stay here time and again ❤️❤️ whenever I am in Dallas.
